I have been making popovers for years with varying degrees of success, they always taste good but they don't always pop. This time around I was able to get both batches to seriously "popover" out of the muffin tin. They were scrumptious with a bit of butter (that is what is glistening in the photo) and a sliced strawberry of blackberry with whipped cream sent it over the top.
I think I have found my new go to recipe for popovers.
